Two days after we tied the knot ourselves, we strapped on our gear and drove up an escarpment to Breanne and Cody's rustic wedding. The skies were clear, the sun shone brightly, and although it was officially autumn, we couldn't have asked for a more beautiful day.

Wagon rides are not our usual choice of transportation, but it was necessary to experience the magic of Dyment's Glen Drummond Farm. Nothing will beat the magic of being married at the edge of the Niagara escarpment, under a canopy of trees and overlooking Dundas Valley as the backdrop.

The sunlight...oh, the sunlight! We were tremendously blessed to have so much natural light to work with. It was the perfect element to capture the warmth we felt as Breanne & Cody exchanged vows. While the passage of 1 Corinthians 13 was recited, we empathized with the couple, thinking about our own recent milestone and photographed with so much emotion in mind. Love was indeed in the air. We couldn't help but feel proud.

Natural light is sometimes harsh and tricky, especially in these "golden hour" moments where we often had to ask everyone to close their eyes and countdown to when they can safely open them to snap a good photo. Luckily, Breanne & Cody's wedding party were such great sports and we managed to make it through our multiple stops around the farm.

Thank you, Breanne & Cody for allowing us to soak in the sun with you and capture your love!
